Everyone has an opinion
This is very true
They treat it like a god
It's just what men will do
What many think
They believe is right
And this throws the world
Into a cold dark night

Hasn't God given
Holy shining light
Would he leave our minds
To work out what is right
Or would he come in flesh
To men in love appearing
We should stop our talking
And begin now to be hearing

What God said
And to who
Come to the truth
To Him be true
He left a church
Not a book
Come with me
And take another wee look
