Anxiety and depression
Are best friends
First comes worry
As he depression sends
They twist their way
Around your soul
And leave you empty
Tis their goal
Then I lift
To Christ my eyes
And he destroys
All satans lies
For my God
Will not forsake
No matter for now
How much I ache
Just one look
To my King
Can banish worry
As I bring
All my cares
And lay them down
At the cross
To lose my frown
