Upon a cross
God loves you
None need suffer loss
Just draw near
As He bids you dear one
To embrace the full mercy
Of Gods only Son
Do you see
Your sin and your shame
Ponder this deeply
Let it be your only aim
To know why
God had to die
To pursue you to death
And be where you lie
Though you make
Your bed in Hell
God is there
His love to tell
Will you at least

To eternal matters
