When I'm bored

When I'm bored
You're always there
I can pick you up
And stop and stare
You've many treats
So many delights
To the minds eye
In the cold dark nights

You give me too much
To think about
My attention gets weaker
I should put you out
But you keep calling
And I can't put you down
Especially when I hear
A ping like sound

Where would I be
Without your feed
Your daily news
Sows many a seed
Into our minds
Short attention span
I wonder who came up
With such a plan

But you've become
My community
For real fellowship
I have immunity
There's so little face to face
In the Church's ways
I see few little eyes
On a head these days
