An Atheist or Muslim
This very hour
All peoples
Sin and die
All souls
Weep and cry
It doesn't matter
Your religious profession
It doesn't matter
How much you go to confession
All peoples
Sin and some try
Not to sin again
Till the day they die
What matters
Is that you don't forsake
The God who loves you
The God who did ache
He knows the path
That you are on
And He'll lead you on
As sure as the dawn
So what ever you call
Yourself today
What ever has persuaded you
To stay or stray
Know that hope
Will follow you
And in prayer I'll weep
Till all men see what is true
Isn't that
What we all hunger for
Though many persuasions
Can close the door
To the freedom
For which we ache
Oh be true to yourself
And be not fake
Stop and see
A morning sunrise
Be still in that moment
Try not to despise
What your soul
Is crying to you
That God is real
That He is true
